Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange regularly priced items purchased from our online store.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged, with original tags attached. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale: All sales items or items purchased with a promo code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@co-lab.ca. We’ll provide a Return Authorization and instructions within 1 to 3 business days. Please include your proof of purchase or order number.

Allow 5 business days for the return to arrive and for processing your refund or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges From Third-Party Retailer

To return or exchange a CO-LAB product purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly. Items from third-party retailers are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or repairs.

Warranty

While defects are rare, online purchases from www.co-lab.ca come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Our customer service team is here to help! They will assess the issue to determine if the item can be repaired or exchanged. If the product is out of stock, they can offer a replacement of equal value. The warranty applies once per item, per initial purchase.

What the Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturing defects only.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage from dye transfer, strain, accidents, improper use, maintenance, modifications, or normal wear (e.g., snags).

To ensure your product lasts, avoid overloading it. For example, medium handbags can support up to 3 lbs, while backpacks can carry up to 5 lbs.

To claim the warranty, email info@co-lab.ca with your proof of purchase and a picture of the issue. CO-LAB reserves the right to deny warranty claims if deemed inapplicable or if communication is disrespectful.
