RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Not quite right? We want you to be happy and find your perfect CO-LAB product which fits your needs. We offer a 14 days Return Policy from the day you receive your item to decide whether or not to keep your purchase.

If you would like to return or exchange any items, please email info@co-lab.ca and we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 1 to 3 business days.

 Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process. 

Any products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for exchange, return or repairs.

Shipping on returns or exchanges

For all returns or exchanges, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for shipping freight on returns or exchanges.

Process

Please note that request for a full refund after 14 days from the day you receive your item will be declined. We’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.

All refunds will be processed within 1 to 4 business days upon receipt of your return package.

This return and exchange policy only applies to purchases from our online store. 

If you are looking to return or exchange a CO-LAB product purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, unused, and undamaged with the original tags attached.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.

We work diligently to process your returns as quickly as possible.

Returns or exchange on sales items

All sales or Promo Code items are FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchange will be accepted.

Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card. Sorry, no refunds to the original form of payment for sale or discounted items.
