If you would like to return or exchange any items, please email info@co-lab.ca and we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 1 to 3 business days.

Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process. 

Any products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for exchange, return or repairs.

 

Shipping on returns or exchanges

For all returns or exchanges, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for shipping freight on returns or exchanges.

 

Process

Please note that request for a full refund after 14 days from the day you receive your item will be declined. We’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.

All refunds will be processed within 1 to 4 business days upon receipt of your return package.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, unused, and undamaged with the original tags attached.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.

We work diligently to process your returns as quickly as possible.

 

Returns or exchange on sales items

All sales or Promo Code items are FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchange will be accepted.

Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card. Sorry, no refunds to the original form of payment for sale or discounted items.

 

Warranty

While defects are rare occurrences, if such an issue arises, don’t fret.  Our online purchases from www.co-lab.ca come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Our customer service team is great and will try their best to help you out!  They will be able to assess the problem and see if the item can be repaired, exchanged or find a solution.  If the product to be exchanged is out of stock, they can offer you another item of the same value.  The warranty is applicable once per intitial purchase, per item.

Please note that the warranty extends to only manufacutring defects.  The warranty does not cover damage resulting from dye transfer, strain, an accident, improper use, maintenance or modification of the product. It is not applicable for snags, for example.  This is normal wear from the client that is out of our control.

Furthermore, to ensure the longevity of your product, we advise against overloading it.  Depending on the style, we typically recommend a moderate weight limit. For instance, our medium handbags are tested to support up to 3 lbs; while our backpacks comfortable carry up to 5 lbs.

info@co-lab.ca and provide a proof of purchase and a picture of the issue.  CO-LAB reserves the right to refuse to apply the warranty if the reason is deemed inapplicable or if a lack of respect in the communication is observed.
