Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.
Any products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for exchange, return or repairs.
Shipping on returns or exchanges
For all returns or exchanges, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for shipping freight on returns or exchanges.
Please note that request for a full refund after 14 days from the day you receive your item will be declined. We’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.
All refunds will be processed within 1 to 4 business days upon receipt of your return package.

We offer free Standard Shipping within Canada and United States for purchases of 100$ +, excluding taxes.

Order processing time
Usually orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. Please note your order will be processed between 1 to 2 business days. This also included Express shipping requests. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed in the next business day.
For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points," please allow additional time. Please note, package shipped to P.O. Box address might have to be picked up at a post office near your location.
Order Tracking Information
You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.
Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

We use FEDEX Ground for Standard and Express shipment.
